Local Spotlight: The Pizza Box

The Pizza Box

Summer fun often entails gatherings of family and friends, corporate retreats, holidays, birthdays and more. And now that The Pizza Box in Troy has announced they offer catering, you don’t have to worry about what’s on the menu!

About The Pizza Box

Located in Sips Beer Garden and Food Court, The Pizza Box is a mainstay food truck for the venue. Once on The Square downtown, Sips moved to its expanded location in 2020. Since then, The Pizza Box and other rotating food trucks have made up the food court for the beer garden.

Besides the food, there is live music and yard games like cornhole and Jenga. You can learn more about this local hot spot by reading our previous spotlight on Sips Beer Garden and Food Court. However, keep reading to find out what’s on the menu at The Pizza Box!

The menu

Luckily, The Pizza Box serves more than specialty pizza. For example, there’s the signature fried chicken sandwich, chicken tenders or wings with sauces like hot, mild, BBQ, lemon pepper, honey sriracha and “Trojan Spice.”

And if it is pizza you want, expect crispy, hot and fresh brick oven pizzas with the usuals like cheese, pepperoni and supreme. For adventurous pizza lovers, there are options such as “Sue Anns,” “Stephanie” and “Hot Blonde.” The “Hot Blonde” features an Alfredo base topped with mozzarella, sausage, onions, bell peppers and honey sriracha.

Are you looking for something to nibble as you sip cold craft beer? The Pizza Box has small bites too! Check out the menu before you visit.
