About Baumhower’s Victory Grille

According to reports, Baumhower’s Victory Grille in Troy will be one of the smallest markets in which the restaurant has set up shop, with a population of about 19,000. But residents and visitors can expect a Baumhower’s that is equivalent to the Tuscaloosa location.

The restaurant, which is the self-proclaimed place to be for “Legendary Fun! Legendary Food!” is owned by Daphne-based Aloha Hospitality. CEO and founder Bob Baumhower’s youngest son, Wesley, is currently a college student at Troy University.

Reports also shared that Baumhower, the All-American football player from the University of Alabama and six-time All-Pro player for the Miami Dolphins, “fell in love with the area” when visiting.

When the Troy location opens, it will be the 10th restaurant for the chain. Additional locations can be found in Tuscaloosa, Birmingham, Vestavia Hills, Huntsville, Montgomery, Mobile, Daphne and Auburn.

The future site for Baumhower’s Victory Grille in Troy is next to Publix, which is located at 1147 U.S. Highway 231 South.

Hopefully, by May 2024, visitors will have a new place to stop and dine when Baumhower’s opens!
