Back-to-school routines, new businesses opening and construction on various projects all indicate slow summer days in Troy will soon be a distant memory! As a matter of fact, you may have heard about three new medical buildings in Troy that recently held groundbreaking ceremonies.
About the new medical buildings in Troy
According to reports, the new medical buildings in Troy demonstrate a need for both the new locations and the services they will provide to the community. More specifically, two of the new medical buildings in Troy will be pediatric care facilities, while the third will be a dental office.
The one pediatric care facility is being constructed near J.H. Witherington Drive. Construction on the facility, Kids First Pediatrics, is wrapping up at 657 Trojan Parkway, in fact. And, according to the website, even though they aren’t quite open for business yet, you can reach out to them with questions about their services at [email protected].

The other pediatric care facility will be located near South Dozier Trail. As for the dental office, a recent groundbreaking was held at a site off Highway 231, near Starbucks, TJ Maxx and Ross.
One of the best things about the new medical buildings in Troy is each will provide services to the community and surrounding areas throughout Pike County!
Another new business opening soon
Besides new medical facilities in Troy, another new business is making plans to open soon too, a brand new Baumhower’s Victory Grille! Located at 104 Trojan Parkway, the new restaurant hopes to open its doors in time for Troy University’s football season, according to reports.
